• Return policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and after that we must receive your return within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• unworn or unused, with tags;
• in its original packaging;
• you’ll also need the ordernumber.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted. If there are traces of makeup stains or perfumer or other traces, we will not accept the return

To start a return, you need to contact us at info@itsruya.com. The customer need to pay the returnings costs by themself.

• Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding the shipping costs. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account, so we appreciate your patience.
