Shipping Orders

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days after receiving payment. Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on the availability of the products and any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged separately and are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping costs will be added to your total order amount during the checkout process. We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the speed at which you want to receive your order.

Track and Trace

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. You will receive your track and trace code by email. Please note that in some cases, additional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Issues With Your Order

If there is anything missing, incorrect, or damaged in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or resolve any claims submitted after this period, as we are no longer able to verify the issue properly.
