• Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return. To register your return please send an e-mail within 14 days to customerservice@itsruya.com

Once registered, your package must be received by us within 7 days. Returns that arrive later than this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• unworn or unused, with tags;
• in its original packaging;
• always include a note inside your return package with your full name and order number. Without this information we cannot process your return.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted. If there are traces of makeup stains or perfumer or other traces, we will not accept the return

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.

*Important: If you are returning a Burkini for which you received a free complimentary RUYA Matcha Cup, the Matcha Cup must also be returned.

If the RUYA Matcha Cup is not included with the return, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that the Matcha Cup must be unused and returned in its original condition. This will be inspected upon receipt. If the item shows signs of use or damage, its value may be deducted from the refund.

Would you like to return an item? Please send an e-mail to customerservice@itsruya.com within 14 days after receiving. 

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days, excluding the shipping costs. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account, so we appreciate your patience.
